Ruth: a musical is a full length original musical that was written and directed by the same family that produced the Story of Israel in 2016.  Israel Nelson and his wife Cindy lived for many years in Israel and love to bring their passion for the Bible and the people of the Bible to life in creative ways.

We are a group of friends that love story-telling and the arts and want to use them both to create meaningful content for both Christian and Jewish families in the Valley.

Our other passion is providing opportunities for people with no background in the arts to get involved at a high level.  Seeing someone who's never been on a stage able to pursue that dream is a huge part of why we do what we do.  

This musical is definitely a stretching exercise for a lot of us.  All new music had to be written.  Dances had to be choreographed.  Characters had to be developed.  But this story is so rich.  It deserved all the hard work.  With a cast and crew of over fifty local volunteers, we have been so humbled by the love and support for this musical.
